REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Cancellations
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund, subject to processing fees if applicable.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
• Failure to collect the vehicle on the agreed date and time will be considered a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Security Deposit Refunds
• A refundable security deposit may be collected depending on the vehicle selected.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the vehicle is returned.
• Refunds are subject to verification that the vehicle has been returned in acceptable condition and that there are no outstanding damages, fines, penalties, or other charges.
Non-Refundable Charges
Refunds may be reduced or withheld in cases involving:
• Vehicle damage caused during the rental period
• Traffic fines or legal violations incurred during the rental period
• Excessive cleaning requirements
• Breach of rental terms and conditions
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
